Screen for up to 50 Cancers in a Single Blood Test

How It Works
A Simple Path to Powerful Insights
We've streamlined the process to make cancer screening accessible.
01Consult Your Doctor
Begin with a consultation where our doctor will assess your individual health profile, discuss any risk factors, and determine if LucenceINSIGHT™ is right for you. Consultation can be done in the clinic or online.
02Simple Blood Draw
A quick and easy blood sample is collected at our clinic.
03Advanced Laboratory Analysis
Your sample is sent to the laboratory, where the blood sample is analyzed for ctDNA signals associated with up to 50 different cancers.
04Clear Results & Expert Review
Once your results are ready (indicating whether cancer signals were "Detected" or "Not Detected"), you'll have a follow-up consultation with your doctor. They will explain your results thoroughly and discuss any recommended next steps.

LucenceINSIGHT™ screens for up to 50 cancers from a single blood draw. It works by detecting circulating tumour DNA (ctDNA) — fragments of cancer-related DNA that tumours shed into the bloodstream. Your result simply shows whether a cancer signal was Detected or Not Detected.
It has a sensitivity of 80.9% and a specificity of 99.2%. In practice, that means it correctly identifies the presence of a cancer signal about 80.9% of the time, and correctly identifies its absence about 99.2% of the time.
It’s recommended for adults aged 40 and above with no personal history of cancer, and for those at higher risk due to family history or lifestyle factors. It isn’t recommended if you are pregnant or have been diagnosed with cancer within the past 3 years.
Traditional tumour marker tests measure proteins in the blood. LucenceINSIGHT™ instead detects DNA changes directly, screens a much broader range of cancer types at once, and may pick up a signal earlier than a rise in protein markers would.
Annual screening is recommended for most people, though the right interval can vary depending on your individual risk factors and medical history.
Turnaround time depends on the panel selected:
- LucenceINSIGHT™ Core or 12: Approximately 18 working days
- LucenceINSIGHT™ 50: Approximately 12 working days
Once the results are ready, your doctor will review them with you during the follow-up consultation.
